The scheme involves recladding the existing 26-storey tower to provide 275,000 sq ft (25,548 sq m) of offices, and building two office buildings of 170,000 sq ft (15,790 sq m) and 25,000 sq ft (2,320 sq m). There is also 28,000 sq ft (2,600 sq m) of retail.
