Orange Capital Partners has acquired a portfolio of period homes in Dublin for €70m (£61.2m) in partnership with Lugus Capital to make its first entry into the Irish capital.
The Belgrave Collection comprises of 300 residential units across 30 prime Georgian red brick buildings in the Rathmines, Ranelagh and Rathgar areas of the city. The entire portfolio was recently refurbished by a US investment group and has new kitchens, bathrooms and soft furnishings across 85 one-bedroom apartments, 29 two-bedroom units and five three-bedroom homes. It will be managed by Lugus on behalf of Orange Capital.
