Orchard Street buys £15.7m industrial estate

Orchard Street has bought Trade City, a multi-let industrial estate in Reading for £15.7m, on behalf of St. James’s Place UK.

The price for the site, which is a joint venture by Kier Property and Investec, represents a net initial yield of 4.7%.
