Orchard Street has completed the purchase of two hotels in Newcastle from Union Property Development for £38m on behalf of its St James’s Place fund.
The investment manager has bought the Travelodge Quayside hotel and completed the forward funding of a Melia hotel development, which should be completed in 2020, .
