Orion Capital Partners has completed its purchase of IVG Investment’s 131 Finsbury Pavement office scheme in the City of London as revealed by Property Week (News 12.06.09)

The European investment firm Orion Capital Managers has bought the office scheme for £45.5m at an initial yield of 7%.

It bought the building through a Guernsey Property Unit Trust which exempts the share deal from the British stamp duty.

131 Finsbury Pavement will be held in its Orion Income Return Partners Fund.

The building is multi let with one main tenant – OMX 2 Technology whose lease expires in March 2017.
