Osborne and Co to develop £75m Bootle campus for Santander

Osborne and Co has been appointed to develop Santander’s new £75m north west office – just a month after securing another major contract with the bank.

The proposed contact centre and operations hub in Bootle will replace the bank’s existing offices with a new campus scheme featuring retail and wider amenities.

Last month, Osborne and Co was chosen as Santander’s development partner for its new £150m UK technology headquarters in Milton Keynes.
