Oslo Properties, a joint venture comprising Norwegian Property and Scandic Hotels, has beaten Aberdeen Property Investors to take over Norwegian hotel chain Norgani. Oslo Properties offered NKr91 (£8.10) a share, valuing the chain at around NKr3.6bn (£320m) and trumping Aberdeen’s offer of NKr88.5 (£7.88) a share.
