OTPP and Stanhope join Oxford college to launch £700m global innovation district

A joint venture (JV) featuring Cadillac Fairview, the real estate arm of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), and developer Stanhope will invest £700m into a 939,000 sq ft innovation development called Oxford North.
