Retail warehouse vacancy rates rose from 5.1% at end of Q1 to 6.3% at end of Q2.

Research from Trevor Wood Associates showed that vacancy rates rose from 5.1% at the end of Q1 to 6.3% at the end of Q2, reversing a downward trend that had persisted since a 10% peak in vacancy rates in mid 2013.

At the end of last year, the sector’s 4.9% vacancy rate was the lowest figure recorded since Trevor Wood Associates began its analysis in 2001.
