Overgate months ahead of schedule

The Overgate centre will be anchored by a 9,940 sq m (107,000 sq ft) Debenhams, making it the largest in Scotland outside Glasgow. The retailer currently trades from a 5,575 sq m (60,000 sq ft) site in Dundee.
