Palmer Capital puts Bristol landmark up for sale

Savills has been instructed to find a buyer for the £60m-valued Aurora office building.

The owners have instructed Savills to find a buyer for the 95,000 sq ft Aurora building, which is due to be completed before the autumn and is more than 80% pre-let.

Aurora is the only speculative office development under way in Bristol and the only grade-A office space to be developed this year in the city, where  limited supply has fuelled exceptional rent rises.
