Palmer Capital has bought a retail warehouse in Carmarthen for just less than £4m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7%, through its Palmer GVA Property Fund. The two adjoining warehouses are let to Aldi and TJ Morris for an average unexpired term of 10 years.
