Panattoni has sold the first three warehouses it built in the UK, a month after Property Week revealed it was in advanced talks to pre-let the speculatively built sheds to haulage giant Eddie Stobart Logistics.
The three units at Panattoni Park Northampton, which are 310,000 sq ft, 222,000 sq ft and 93,000 sq ft in size, have been sold to Gazeley for a price believed to be above £80m.
