Panattoni set for Basildon logistics scheme

Panattoni, the global industrial developer, is embarking on a £21m redevelopment of the former Kongsberg Automotive Plant in Basildon.

The 115,000 sq ft scheme, called Basildon 115, will be developed as a new headquarters, logistics, and manufacturing facility.
