P&O to lease Doncaster site

P&O is taking a 15,140 sq m (163,000 sq ft) warehouse on the rail-connected site, which has outline consent for a total of 65,000 sq m (700,000 sq ft) of distribution space. The site already has consent for B1 and B8 development.
