Paperchase brings in KPMG to consider CVA

Paperchase has called in KPMG to advise on a potential company voluntary arrangement (CVA).

The greeting cards retailer is reportedly considering a CVA to allow it to shut down some of its UK stores due to a plummet in earnings and footfall.
