BNP Paribas REIM has completed a pair of office deals, selling a complex in Via Fornovo, Rome to an Italian Institutional investor and using the proceeds to acquire a Nextdoor-let co-working office in Paris from Goldman Sachs for its Patrimonio Uno fund
The €51m sale of the government-let, 215,250 sq ft office complex in the Prati area of Rome’s city centre sees BNP PREIM secure a strong gain on an asset it acquired in 2005.
It has used the proceeds to acquire an office building at 16 Washington, located in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, on behalf of a Korean institutional investor. Located close to the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and facing Avenue George V, the seven-storey office is fully let to French co-working company Nextdoor, a subsidiary of Bouygues Immobilier and Accor Hotels.
