Manchester-based Park Lane Estates has won planning consent for a £30m 146,000 sq ft (13,560 sq m) extension and refurbishment of the Stamford shopping centre in Altrincham, Lancashire. The letting agents are Tushingham Moore and Lunson Mitchenall.
