Irish developer Pat Crean has formed a new company to acquire the Apollo House site in Dublin for €50m with plans to create a mixed-use tower on Tara Street.
Crean, founder of Marlet Property Group, has acquired the site above book value from Mazars with the demolition of Apollo House, former home of Cuprum Properties, having already taken place. In 2016, the building was occupied by homelessness protestors before its demolition.
