Peel Land & Property has bought additional land at Liverpool International Business Park which it will now market as an industrial site.

It is bringing 24 acres to the market which is capable of holding 500,000 sq ft of distribution warehousing space. Individual plots are also available for sale, or design and build solutions can be provided.

Liverpool International Business Park is situated near to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

King Sturge and Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed to market the scheme.
