Perella Weinberg Partners, the new financial services firm set up by ex-Morgan Stanley banker Joseph Perella, has confirmed the location of its Mayfair headquarters

The firm, which will provide corporate advisory and investment management services in London and New York, is taking O’Callaghan Properties’ 20 Grafton Street, London W1, for its European headquarters.

Perella Weinberg is paying £79.54/sq ft (£856.17/sq m) for the 22,000 sq ft (2,044 sq m) building on a 16.5-year lease. It will occupy the lower ground and the first to fifth floors.

The company has also set up a New York headquarters, which will be in the General Motors Building on Fifth Avenue.

It is the first time that Irish developer O’Callaghan Properties has developed a building in the West End.

Knight Frank advised O’Callaghan Properties; CB Richard Ellis advised Perella Weinberg.
