Persimmon purchases 10-acre Birmingham site for new homes

St. Modwen has completed on the sale of a 9.8-acre site at Longbridge in Birmingham to Persimmon Homes for £10.8m.

Persimmon has obtained detailed planning permission for 215 homes at the Lickey Road site and has now commenced onsite work. The housebuilder said the homes will be released for sale in June.
