Pop impresario Pete Waterman has sold Castlefield Chapel at 380 Deansgate, Manchester, to local developer Bluetree Estates for £1m. The grade II-listed 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) building is used as a recording studio. DTZ acted for Waterman.
