PGIM Real Estate has acquired a 1.1m sq ft logistics scheme in Salon-de-Provence, north of Marseille.
The vast logistics scheme was built in 1995 as a turnkey property for Carrefour and was extended in 2003 and 2017. It is fully let to France’s leading supermarket chain on an lease with eight years remaining and comprises of two structurally independent buildings, one dedicated to ambient storage and the other to cold storage.
