PHP share price drops on merger news

Primary Health Properties’ share price fell 2.95% in early trading on Thursday morning following the news of its all share merger with MedicX.

The FTSE 100 remained broadly flat on Wednesday falling 0.79% to 6,844 points. The index was out preformed by the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT UK Index which rose 0.8% over the day to 1,632.71.
