PIC of the new Barclays crop

The issue dwarfs the existing £275m stock of PICs, a derivative based on the performance of the IPD Annual Index. Up to £500m worth could be launched, depending on market response. This compares with £275m created since 1994, mainly as a hedge against property held by Barclays.
