Pirelli drives off with Staffordshire freehold

ProLogis and St Modwen are to sell the freehold of a 365,000 sq ft (33,910 sq m) warehouse at the Centre 38 distribution park in Staffordshire to tyre-maker Pirelli as part of a £25m land swap deal.
