Placefirst gains planning for £65m scheme in Wolverhampton

Placefirst has gained planning approval for a regeneration scheme that will develop 366 new homes and commercial space in Wolverhampton’s Canalside Quarter.

The £65m project will be located close to Wolverhampton’s new £150m transport Interchange, on land off Lower Horseley Fields in the city centre.
