Places for People CEO to join Regis Group

Former Places for People CEO David Cowans is joining the Regis Group as a senior strategic advisor. Cowans, who oversaw the transformation of North British Housing into the Places for People Group, will advise Regis on new initiatives with a particular focus on affordable housing.
