Planners get Defra guidance on leading carbon reduction

The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has published new guidance for planners on how they can implement Low Emissions Strategies. The department wants planners to use these strategies to reduce carbon emissions from buildings and vehicles at proposed developments in their areas.
