Planning defeat forces Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation to change regeneration plans

The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) has been forced to make a U-turn over plans for the West London regeneration scheme after defeat in a planning battle, which will see it lose the £250m provisionally granted to it from the government’s Housing Infrastructure Fund.
