Politicians, planning professionals and local community representatives voiced mixed opinions of the final draft of the Raynsford Review of Planning at its launch at the House of Lords yesterday.
The packed committee room discussed the 117-page document at a two-hour event featuring a panel which included Nick Raynsford, the review’s author, and Dr Hugh Ellis, director of policy at the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA), the group behind the report.
