Planning approved - Freebournes Park in Witham (highlighted in blue) will comprise 10 units totalling 58,000 sq ft

Developer Chancerygate has been granted planning permission to build 58,000 sq ft of urban logistics and industrial space in Witham, Essex.

Called Freebournes Park, the speculative development will comprise 10 units ranging from 4,390 sq ft to 7,030 ft which are available on a leasehold basis.
