Marks & Spencer is set to open in Denbigh North near Milton Keynes following planning permission received this week.
Outline planning permission for a total 150,000 sq ft of retail floorspace providing 135,023 sq ft of A1 non food floor space and 15,005 sq ft A1 convenience floor space at Denbigh North in Milton Keynes was received this week.
The planning permission also includes key element enabling the development of StadiumMK, the home of the MK Dons.
The stadium will be completed to UEFA 4* specification with a capacity for 30,000 spectators. It will be capable of hosting international football matches.
Savills’ Milton Keynes office provided planning advice to InterMK in relation to the stadium and arena along with the hotel, ASDA, Ikea and other enabling development at the Denbigh North site.
