Planning permission secured for Maldron hotels in Birmingham and Glasgow

Northern Irish developer McAleer & Rushe has secured planning permission to develop two hotels in Birmingham and Glasgow City Centre, representing a total investment of £85m.

Combined the hotels will deliver 630 bedrooms and will be operated with Irish hotel company, Dalata Hotel Group, under its four-star Maldron brand.
