Plans for Northern Ireland’s tallest building were revealed this week. The £50m ‘Obel’ designed by Broadway Malyan, is planned for Belfast’s docklands. The 26-storey scheme will include flats, a 144-room hotel and 41,000 sq ft (3,810 sq m) of offices.
