Plantation Place, one of the biggest office blocks in the City of London, is back on the market, for about £600m. Financial Times

It is understood that Invista, the fund manager, and Tishman International, the US group, are quietly sounding out potential buyers for the 550,000 sq ft block they bought just 16 months ago. The building is multi-let to tenants including Accenture.

A sale at the asking price would net a large profit on the £525m that the partners paid British Land for the building in March last year.
