Portman Estate champions independent spirit

The Portman Estate is asking Westminster City Council to grant a change of use for the Bricklayers Arms on New Quebec Street in London’s West End, so that it can become a boutique hotel in the upper storeys and a pub, renamed the Grazing Goat, at street level.
