Powdrill plugs in to Delancey's residential team

Delancey has appointed Guy Powdrill as residential investment director with a focus on expanding the portfolio of its co-owned Get Living platform.

Powdrill, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the residential sector, will take on a leading role in the residential investment advisory team as it focuses on growing the Get Living platform that Delancey owns through the recently established Delancey Oxford Residential (DOOR) co-investment vehicle.
