Praxis acquires Sittingbourne mall

Investment manager Praxis has acquired The Forum shopping centre in Sittingbourne, Kent, as it continues to go against the grain and invest in retail.

It acquired the 80,000 sq ft centre for just over £7m, and intends to “rehabilitate and reposition” the scheme which sits within a council-led town centre regeneration project.
