Whitbread’s hotel chain Premier Inn has signed as an anchor tenant for Frogmore’s approved New Marlborough Yard development at The Cut in Southwark.
Approved for a hotel scheme, the new building will be built between Ufford Street and the Lewisham Southwark College Building on The Cut, Frogmore’s £85m redevelopment of the former LeSoCo campus.
Frogmore secured a forward funding investment deal for the development worth £85m from LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund earlier this year.
