Prescott all-clear for Stockley

He has written to the London Borough of Hillingdon, the planning authority for Stockley, saying he is happy for the council to determine the application for the 50,000 sq m (540,000 sq ft) extension. Now Stockley Park Consortium has only to agree Section 106 agreements before starting on site.
