Hark Group and Apollo have signed up Primark to triple the size of its existing store.
The deal will mark the start of the redevelopment of Telford Shopping Centre to create - The Round – which will include an open air walkway running the circumference of the shopping centre.
The 50,000 sq ft extension and the creation of The Round will include improved shopping and leisure facilities, as well as the introduction of new restaurants, bars and a café culture.
Work to start in summer 2008
Work is expected to start on the extension in summer 2008 and completed in spring 2009 when the fit out will begin.
