Hotel and venue group Principal Hayley is to run The Oakley Court in Windsor.
Principal Hayley has entered into a joint venture with the owners of The Oakley Court, a 4 star country house hotel.
The deal will take Principal Hayley’s overall portfolio to 22 hotels and conference venues across the UK and Europe.
Heuston Hospitality currently manages the hotel. Once the two year management contract completes by next year the management of the hotel will be handed over to Principal Hayley.
