Private clients pile into central London offices

‘Despite the weakening letting markets, the UK commercial property investment market has to date continued to outperform the other asset classes,’ said the firm’s co-founder Michael Legat. ‘In our opinion, private money will continue to lead the market, reflecting the availability of mortgage finance on attractive terms.’
