Shed giant ProLogis has signed up global health and hygiene company Kimberly-Clark at its ProLogis Park 55, southwest of Chicago, Illinois, in the US.
Kimberly-Clark has taken 750,000 sq ft at the scheme, marking the third letting between the two companies. The letting brings the amount of space leased to 1.6m sq ft. The rent and lease terms were undisclosed.
‘This is one of the largest lease agreements for ProLogis in the United States this year in previously unleased space,’ said Doug Kiersey, senior vice president and midwest regional director at ProLogis. Kiersey said the letting brings the company’s Chicago-based properties to 92% leased.
ProLogis Park 55 is a six-building scheme in comprising more than 3.1m sq ft of distribution space.
