ProLogis has let 150,000 sq ft of industrial space at Eurohub Corby, Northamptonshire to Kenmark Group.

The Taiwan-based marketing and manufacturing group expects to create 300 jobs at the site where it will produce digital liquid crystal display televisions alongside occupiers including Wincanton, Comet and Sainsbury’s.

Simon Jenkins, first vice president development at ProLogis in the UK, said: ‘ProLogis’s ability to offer flexible terms, its recognised sustainability credentials, the top location of the building and the availability of skilled manufacturing staff in the region all enabled Kenmark’s decision to locate at Corby.’

Budworth Hardcastle and North Rae Sanders advised ProLogis; Savills advised Kenmark.
