Property Alliance Group has won planning consent for a 92,000 sq ft sustainable development in Bury.

The Green, located at the former John Hesketh & Sons site on the edge of Bury Town Centre, will provide floor plates of up to 31,000 sq ft on a ‘design and build’ basis.

Property Alliance Group said the riverside setting means it will be able to create a balanced community at a tranquil location near to the busy town centre.

The development will also be able to provide office space for requirements as small as 2,300 sq ft.

The building is at the entrance of the 35 acre Chamberhall business park, near Bury town centre and on the banks of the River Irwell.

The company has also submitted plans for another The green development in Leigh, and said it will roll out the concept further on demand.
