The Manchester-based developer has secured two pre lets at its 135,000 sq ft scheme at Abbotsfield Industrial Estate in St. Helens.

It has secured Rutland House Veterinary Hospital and office furniture supplier EFG Matthews at the scheme which comprises a 12,000 sq ft office building and four industrial units.

The veterinary hospital has taken the Abbotsfield House office building on a 20-year lease at £10/sq ft. While EFG has taken a 27,500 sq ft unit on a five-year lease. Its rent was not disclosed.

The scheme completes this month.
