Industrial specialists Firethorn Trust and SEGRO have both been shortlisted in four categories at the Property Awards 2023.

The awards, organised by Property Week, recognise excellence across the commercial real estate sector.

Firethorn Trust has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year, Developer of the Year, Property Company of Year, and Social Impact Initiative.

SEGRO has been shortlisted for Developer of the Year, Climate Crisis Initiative, Property Company of Year, and Social Impact Initiative.

Other finalists include the National Housing Group, which has been shortlisted in the categories of Climate Crisis Initiative, Health and Wellbeing Initiative, and Social Impact Initiative.

Individuals in the running for awards include Alexander Fink of Etopia and Hannah Chappatte of Hybr, who have been shortlisted for Young Property Personality of the Year.
